I work with all UK insurance companies. Most companies pre-authorise treatments with me before you come and provide you with a code to bring to your first consultation. Some companies require approval from your oncology consultant. If you need advice on how to proceed, please contact me.
If you cannot attend your appointment, please call to rebook. Life happens and I am usually very understanding, To help you remember, I send text reminders the day before your session.
However, if you forget to attend or do not provide 24 hours notice, the treatment will be forfeited and 100% of the treatment price will be charged. Further treatments will require payment in full at time of booking.
