I work with all UK insurance companies. Most companies pre-authorise treatments with me before you come and provide you with a code to bring to your first consultation. Some companies require approval from your oncology consultant. If you need advice on how to proceed, please contact me.
If you cannot attend your appointment, please call to rebook. Life happens and I am usually very understanding, To help you remember, I send text reminders the day before your session.
However, if you forget to attend or do not provide 48 hours notice, the treatment will be forfeited and 100% of the treatment price will be charged. Further treatments will require payment in full at time of booking.
Patients funded by private medical insurance remain personally responsible for any cancellation or non-attendance charges that are not covered by their insurer. Where an appointment is cancelled within the cancellation period, or the patient fails to attend, the applicable cancellation fee will be payable directly by the patient and will not be submitted to the insurer as treatment received.
Any cancellation fee will be applied in accordance with Lymph Fusion’s cancellation policy and may be reduced or waived at Lymph Fusion’s discretion where the appointment can be reallocated or in exceptional circumstances.
