Immune System Support

Immune-related conditions can lead to chronic inflammation, recurrent infections, fatigue and reduced resilience. Specialist therapy focuses on strengthening and rebalancing the immune system to support recovery and improve long-term health. Management is tailored for individuals with conditions such as long Covid, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, chronic fatigue syndrome, mast cell activation syndrome, burnout and toxic stress. Treatment aims to restore balance, enhance resilience and promote optimal immune function.

Pre & Post Surgical Care

Specialist care before and after surgery helps optimise recovery and reduce complications. Pre-surgical therapy prepares the body by improving lymphatic and tissue health, while post-surgical management reduces risks such as swelling, pain, haematomas, seromas, fibrosis and adhesions. Treatment is tailored for individuals undergoing cancer, orthopaedic, spinal, vascular, liposuction and all reconstructive procedures, using evidence-based lymphatic and rehabilitative techniques to support healing, restore mobility and promote lasting, functional outcomes.

Lymphoedema

Lymphoedema is a chronic condition that occurs when the lymphatic system is unable to drain fluid effectively, leading to persistent swelling and changes in the tissues. Specialist management focuses on reducing swelling, protecting skin health, improving mobility, and supporting long-term self-care. Treatment may include tailored compression, exercise, skin care, and education to help control symptoms and maintain quality of life.

Scarring

Scarring develops after injury, surgery, burns, or radiotherapy as part of the body’s natural healing process. It can lead to thickening, adhesions, restricted movement, or changes in appearance. Specialist scar therapy focuses on restoring tissue function by improving mobility, reducing fibrosis, and supporting the remodelling process. Treatment is effective for both recent and mature scars, helping to minimise complications and optimise long-term outcomes.

What My Clients Say About Me

I've had two MLD sessions with Clare and feel so much better after them. My pain and swelling has decreased considerably and it has made such a difference. She;s extremely knowledgable and professional and I can't recommend her enough

Please allow me to congratulate you for the treatment of my client. The result is amazing and indeed, we were able to see and treat way more veins than we had seen on the initial scan when the oedema was still there

Before I met Clare, I kind of thought, well that's me now, I have had cancer and I was frightened of my prognosis and what the future held. Clare gave me back my 'mojo' and now I don't even think about what the future holds, I just live my life to the full

Treatments

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a highly specialised, evidence-based medical treatment used in the management of lymphoedema and related conditions. It is not the same as treatments often described as “lymphatic massage” or “lymph drainage”, which are non-medical therapies and do not follow recognised clinical protocols.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release (MFR) is an advanced, gentle, hands-on therapeutic technique used to treat fascial restriction and scar-related tissue tightness. It involves slow, sustained stretches applied to the fascia, or connective tissues, to reduce adhesions, restore tissue glide and improve movement.

Lymphascial Kinesiology Taping

Lymphatic Taping is used to enhance lymphatic flow and reduce swelling. It provides gentle, continuous support following injury or surgery, moving excess fluid, easing discomfort & supporting recovery. Taping is particularly effective for managing post-surgical complications such as seroma, haematoma & compromised tissue healing, including tissue necrosis.

Thor Low-Level Laser Therapy

Low level light laser therapy (photobiomodulation) is used in post-operative care to support tissue healing, reduce inflammation and manage pain. By stimulating cellular repair and circulation, it helps improve recovery where swelling, bruising or delayed healing are present. This treatment is particularly beneficial following injury or surgery to support wound healing and optimise post-operative outcomes.

Deep Oscillation Therapy

Deep Oscillation Therapy is a specialised electrostatic treatment that works very differently from TENS and other conventional electrical therapies. It uses gentle, oscillating electrostatic fields to vibrate the tissues, supporting fluid movement and cellular recovery. This non-invasive therapy helps reduce swelling, ease discomfort and promote tissue healing following injury or surgery.

Scar Therapy

6D Action Clinical Pro is an advanced negative pressure therapy device used to support scar management by gently lifting and mobilising the skin and underlying tissues. By applying controlled suction through specialised handpieces, it helps improve tissue glide, reduce adhesions, support lymphatic flow and encourage more organised collagen remodelling. This approach can be particularly helpful for scars that feel tight, restricted, painful or slow to settle, including post-surgical and post-traumatic scars. Treatment is delivered according to the stage of scar healing and tissue behaviour.

Compression Therapy

Medical compression garments are a core treatment for lymphoedema, lipoedema, venous insufficiency and post-surgical swelling. By applying controlled, graduated pressure, they support lymphatic and venous flow, reduce fluid build-up and improve comfort. For compression to be safe and effective, garments must be accurately measured and individually fitted, as incorrect sizing can worsen swelling, damage skin and reduce therapeutic benefit.
